Article 2 - Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer from the entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Article 3 - The Offer & Pricing

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. The prices mentioned in the product offers are inclusive of VAT. We explicitly reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of a manifest pricing error (e.g., an unrealistically low price due to a technical glitch) or in cases of suspected (potential) fraud.

Article 4 - Right of Withdrawal & Returns

The consumer can repudiate a purchase contract for a product without giving reasons for a period of reflection of 14 days. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer.

Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed audio, video recordings, and computer software whose seal has been broken after delivery (such as opened CDs, DVDs, or vinyl records).

Article 5 - Delivery and execution

The entrepreneur shall exercise the best possible care when receiving and executing product orders. The place of delivery is at the address given by the consumer to the company. Delivery times stated on the website are always indicative and can never be considered a strict or final deadline.
