Released to co-inside with her final Decca single [m=508868], this compilation of Marianne’s Decca recordings featured various non-album singles and tracks from all of her Decca albums except [m=394535]. In the U.S. the album was released as Marianne Faithfull’s Greatest Hits with slightly different cover art, and a CD edition released in 1987 added a further 5 tracks. ‘Summer Nights’ is the re-recorded version.
