Joel's fourth "greatest hits" compilation, which compiles the majority of Joel's most popular songs, with a few exceptions. This compilation was not released in the US, where [m=302022] was released instead, with a different track listing and cover art. This album was re-issued in 2003 as "The Essential" in Europe and South Africa.
